Isolation
You are surrounded by people but rarely feel fully known—or you have learned to handle nearly everything on your own.
Men’s groups in Franklin / Brentwood
Many men learn to carry pain privately, manage life alone, and hide the parts of themselves they fear others will not understand. Over time, isolation can deepen shame and keep the same patterns in place.
A men’s group offers something different: a steady circle of men willing to tell the truth, listen without judgment, and walk with one another toward greater integrity and freedom.

Why a group?
You may understand your patterns and still struggle to change them. You may have people around you and still feel alone. Insight matters, but lasting growth often requires the experience of being honest in relationship—and discovering that you do not have to hide.
Group work creates a place to practice courage, receive honest feedback, recognize the stories shaping your life, and experience connection with men who are doing the same work.
You may recognize yourself here
You want to understand what keeps happening, live with greater integrity, and build relationships where you can be fully present.
You are surrounded by people but rarely feel fully known—or you have learned to handle nearly everything on your own.
You carry parts of your story privately and fear what might happen if someone knew the whole truth.
You keep returning to sexual, relational, or self-protective patterns you have tried to stop.
You feel shut down, reactive, numb, or unsure how to communicate what is happening inside you.
You want to become more emotionally present, trustworthy, and connected in the relationships that matter most.
You want your inner life, relationships, choices, and faith to become more honest and whole.
The work we do together
The group is not built around advice, performance, or pretending to have it together. It is a place to practice the kind of honesty and connection that meaningful change requires.
Tell the truth about what is happening in love, without minimizing, managing impressions, or hiding.
Notice the emotions, stories, relationships, and protective patterns shaping the way you live.
Risk being known and learn to remain present with yourself and others instead of withdrawing.
Bring your inner life and outward choices into greater alignment with the man you want to become.
What group work looks like
You do not need to arrive with the right words or a polished story. You need a willingness to show up, become curious, and practice honesty over time.
Build trust through consistency, confidentiality, and the courage to remain present.
Take time to feel safe, find your rhythm, and open up at your own pace. You can listen and get your bearings before sharing more of your story.
Put words to the pain, desire, fear, shame, and hope beneath the patterns you want to change.
Receive feedback, take responsibility, repair relationships, and carry greater honesty into everyday life.
